1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
I am a Training Lead, I am responsible to held process trainings and refresher trainings for new joiners as well as team members.

2. Where are you from?
I am from Turkey.

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
I was an Erasmus Student in Hungary then I wanted to have some professional abroad experience and here I am 🙂

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
I like yoga, dancing and reading books.

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
Here in TCS mostly I feel like home, our International environment is so enjoyable. Our culture, our people are amazing, it is not just a work place. It’s more like a big family.

1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
I am working now in a project where a lot of tasks has to be done on daily basis, we manage the calculations of the payments and proceed with payments after verifying and checking many validations, we create and distribute the Program Letters (contracts) with the partners, and keep contact with the Account Managers whom are dealing with us.

2. Where are you from?
I am from Syria.

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
I arrived to Budapest 5 years ago, and was searching for work, i went to the HVG job fair and applied for TCS and they have contacted me after that.

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
I like to read books in my free time, hiking and spinning.

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
I like the company as a big multinational company, we have more than 50 nationalities or more, so you get to know different mind set of the people from all over the world plus their traditions and so on, and TCS is a company which gives you the chance to grow and improve in many fields.

1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
I’m actually tagged to the Crisis Management Lead position and my role complies the support for the deployment and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plans for the Projects located in the Hungary GDC and for the maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan of the Hungary GDC. I’m participating as well, in future client visits/audits when referring to the Business Continuity Framework and delivering training’s sessions on the Business Continuity and Information Security topics.

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
I applied for the Global Internship Program of AIESEC and got contacted by the TCS AIESEC Coordinator in Hungary for a first offer for a position for Native Portuguese Speaker. First offer refused, I got contacted 3 weeks later for the same position, this time the answer was different and in one week I was travelling to Budapest.

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
Playing Football, like to travel, cook, read and listen to music.

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
I like the people here, the informal environment and the opportunity to deploy your own work with independence.
The multiculturalism of the office environment is the greatest characteristic that I appreciate in my daily job, I always dreamt to work on a company like TCS.

1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
My role is Talent Development Lead. As trainer, my main work is to prepare and deliver soft-skill training sessions for our employees. Also, I deal with the learning requests coming from our IT unit.

2. Where are you from?
I am from the South of Chile, a country in the South of South America. So, yes… I am used to the rain and cold.

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
After a year in Finland and a couple of months in Poland, I wanted to continue my European Adventure. I was looking for opportunities, and this one in Hungary was the perfect match!

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
Football and Education are my passions. I also enjoy playing classic rock’s anthems in the guitar or piano.

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
The things I like from TCS in Hungary are that the majority of the company is bellow 35 years old, there are several events and activities for the employees, and you fell like having the whole world in one room because all the different nationalities you interact with on daily basis.

1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
My current position is Accounts Receivable Team Leader. My main duty is to manage the daily operational activities of 15 Team members working in 2 processes – AR Cash Application and AR Collections and serving 3 regions – EAME, NA and LATAM. Moreover I host regular meetings with client and colleagues, coordinate training activities within the Team, participate in hiring process, report Team’s performance to the stakeholders

I am from Russia, Saint-Petersburg

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
When I moved from Russia to Hungary, I was looking for a job where I could use my professional experience and Russian language knowledge. I accepted a challenge of being an AR Collector for Russia as I have seen a lot of learning and growing opportunities at TCS. Indeed within more than 7 years with TCS I learned other AR processes as Cash application and Customer Master Data, became Collections Team Coordinator and finally was promoted to AR Team Leader

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
I love travelling and bicycling. All my free time I spend with my family – my husband and 5 years old son

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
TCS provides me a stable workplace where I can balance work and personal life, learn and grow. I like to participate in Beyond the Business activities and really enjoy multicultural and friendly work environment

1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
I am Lean Six Sigma Expert in Transformation & Innovation Team.

2. Where are you from?
I am from Turkey.

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
A headhunter called me when I was a supply chain supervisor. That’s how I ended up in TCS.

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
I run half marathons regularly and I participate to Ultrabalaton race in relay with my colleagues.

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
TCS will be impacting 25% of the world population by 2025. It is great to work on the projects which will make it real.

1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
Project Manager or Delivery Manager

2. Where are you from?
Born in Germany (Black forest) 1/2 German, 1/2 Hungarian

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
When I saw the job announcement “German MRA” it caught my attention and I applied. When I joined my project as a Team Member (TM), I was not really sure, what this job and the company was about. But it took just a couple of days to make friends and to decide, that this seems a good place to be and stay.
After 1 year i was promoted to Team Leader, which was very exciting, as I never thought about this before.
After 3 years there came a new opportunity to lead an international team. So again I took this chance and moved out of my comfort zone.
5,5 year after joining TCS I was chosen to be the delivery manager in the project I started. This was very big appreciation that time and I never thought I would be able to get so far.
I gathered a lot of experience and there is still a lot to learn, but I enjoy it every day.

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
Cycling, Music,

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
Because I like a Stable, Diverse, Challenging surrounding, where I can move things.

1. Describe your position! What are you doing on a daily basis?
I’m working as Payroll Administrator in the support groups. Basically, my job is to calculate the salaries, supplementary payments, travel reimbursements, administrate holidays, sick leaves. Also, my task is to help the expatriates during their deputation regarding payroll related issues, questions.

I’m from Budapest, Hungary.

3. How did you end up in TCS Hungary?
In 2016 I was looking for an internship program and TCSh had those values and opportunities what I was looking for… and as I’m still here, it was the best choice I could’ve made.

4. What are you doing in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
I’ve been dancing Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll since I was a small kid – so it’s more than just a hobby

5. Why do you like working here at TCS Hungary?
It’s really a colorful place to grow, I mean you can work with people from all over the world in a company which gives you so many opportunities to grow, improve yourself and your skills. Thanks to the colleagues, employees TCSh has a very friendly, kind atmosphere where you’re happy to go to work everyday.
