English Speaking HRO Consultant Student

The purpose of this position is to provide effective services on behalf of TCS according to client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements – as students, even in part-time contracts.

This role has a high level of focus and cover almost all processes of end-to-end HR services


Customer Management

• Overview of daily inflows and potential backlog volume in future

• Maintain the workflow tracker

• Handle client inbound calls with proficiency

• Handle client inqueries received in tickets or emails

• Administration of Client`s end-to-end HR flow (Hire to Retire) by handling:

o Manage Electronic Personnel File o Master data management,

o Leave of absence,

o Manage Regular Reports

o Manage absence > Maternity or adoption or paternity

• Manage Time and Attendance > Working Time

Team Work

• Working as part of a multinational team

• Communication and co-operation with teams located in TCS Budapest facilities and India on ad-hoc basis

• Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions

• Sharing workload within the team when required due to workload balance

• Taking additional tasks, helping with ad-hoc activities

Additional tasks

• Perform any other business-related value adding activities outside of SOP as assigned by supervisor

• Responsible to meet the TCS standards in terms of attitude, behaviour, dress code, keeping up team spirit and inspire team members deviating from them

• Other tasks that are related to the position and are assigned by the Direct Line Manager including working in any other language(s) spoken at the required level as applicable


ideal candidate must have

• Confident with the usage of MS xls

•Good communication – ability to talk to client, clients employees, clients internal departments over phone and through emails.

• Documentation Skills

• Availability to work in 20 hours a week in normal working hours (8AM-6PM)

• Advanced English knowledge

• Good understanding of HRO processes

• Ongoing studies Bachelor/Master in HR
