Introduction

The purpose of this position is to provide effective services on behalf of TCS according to client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements.

Function

1. Recruitement:

· 1.1 Manage Manpower Planning & Budgeting

· 1.2. Manage Job Publishing (Internal / External)

· 1.3. Manage Candidate Selection Process

· 1.4. Manage Offer and Hiring

· 1.5. Manage On-boarding & Probation

2. Employee Data Management

· 2.1: Maintain Employee Data nd oranizational data

· 2.2: Hire/Rehire (rehire – Terminated, Terminated with Pay, Retired, Retired with Pay)

· 2.3: Manage International Assignment initiation (Manage IA maintenance, Manage IA completion, Manage Localization)

3. Pre Pay-roll

· 3.1. Master Data Incremental changes (Payroll Vendor Update)

· 3.2. Earnings – Data Processing, Special Payments, Employee Reimbursements

· 3.3. Deduction

· 3.4 PAYROLL Reports

· 3.22. Off-Cycle and Special Pay Cycles

· 3.23. Online/Manual Check- Countries in Scope have Checks?

4. Compensation & Benefits

· 4.1 Compensation Strategy and Philosophy

· 4.2 Benefits Administration (Defined Benefits applicable to employee)

· 4.3 Billing / Vendor chargebacks

· 4.4 Severance Pay Inputs

5. Performance Management

· 5.1 Performance Planning, review and evaluation

Additional tasks

· Perform any other business-related value adding activities outside of SOP as assigned by supervisor.

· Contribute in Lean Six Sigma / Process Improvement initiatives

Requirements

· 2-4 years of experience in HRO processes

· Fluent German

· Working knowledge in End-to-End HR functions along with Industry specific experience

· Good understanding of BPS/BPO operations, Key measures – KPI/SLAs (TAT, Accuracy etc.) of HRO processes

· Good communication – ability to talk to client, clients employees, clients internal departments over phone and through emails.
