HR Payroll Intern

Introduction

TATA Consultancy Services (TCS), part of India’s prestigious Tata Group offers a wide range of IT services, outsourcing and business solutions. There are over 1700 employees at TCS Hungary with an ambitious growth plan for the coming years. The applicant will be responsible for aiding payroll activities. Sorting official payroll documents, handling confidential information ensuring that the company’s interests are not jeopardized.

Function


· Process monthly payroll documentation (timesheets, leave forms, expense forms, sickness certifications)

· Sort the personal documents in folders (new hires, terminations, active associates)

· Collect tax related form and extra holidays forms

· Sort the travel cost to work based on Hungarian Labor Code

· Sick leave days certification form checking

· Request Social Security Number (TAJ szam) for non-Hungarian associates

· Record the annual leave days into the system

· Possibility of getting involve additional task based on performance

Requirements

  • You have a student enrollment on the field of HR, Economics or Finance
  • You are able to work minimum 25-30 hours/week
  • You speak English at least at intermediate level
  • You have good analytical skills
  • You are proactive, self-motivated and attentive to details
  • You are able to handle monotony
