IT Recruiter

Introduction

The IT recruiter will assure to use all the available tools and sources, as well as to use his/her knowledge and skills for providing quality candidates within the given timelines with a continuous focus on the inner and external stakeholders and by keeping the set Source Mix Target.

Function

Sourcing

• Internal sourcing of candidates via using TCS HU database

• Ensure continuous and quality CV flow through the Buddy Scheme Internal Referral Program

• External sourcing of candidates via using online public databases and various social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Professions)

• Ensure that Job Advertisements are always uploaded in time in all the possible channels that TCS Hungary uses

• Ensuring quality CV flow through the recruitment agency partners for the released assignments

• Continuously doing innovative research for finding out and using other sources (networking, forums, institutes, alternative job portals and websites across the boarders, etc.)


Pre-screening evaluation of candidates

• screening candidates based on CVs

• organize and conduct phone interviews and short-list candidates for the next rounds

• organize project related pre-screening tests when applicable • organize language checks

• responsible for name checks for profiles received from recruitment agency partners • decision making in candidate rejection after pre-screening stage based on objective evaluated reasons


Screening evaluation of candidates

• organize technical and management interviews

• organize and conduct face-to-face HR interviews

• provide professional feedback to agencies and candidates

• assure quality of interview evaluation forms (audit of interview evaluation forms both Tehcnical and Management forms)


Decision

• taking part in decision making and setting candidate priority (decision making in rejecting candidates after HR interview based on objective evaluated reasons)

• efficiently conduct salary negotiations with candidates and associates

• sending out offer letters to candidates

• decision making in prioritization of current openings for the Sourcing Specialist colleague (review and change on a daily and weekly base whenever needed)


Stakeholder management

• act as a Consultant by being point of information for all the involved stakeholders

• relationship management with internal stakeholders throughout the whole process

• conduct weekly meetings with the Operations Heads amd the Project Managers

• relationship management with recruitment agencies throughout the whole process

• vendor management: relationship management with job portals (including yearly contract renewal and negotiation, evaluation of vendors, review of new vendors)

• ensure proper candidate management


Business Accumen

• understanding the requirements of the business

• consultation on job feasibility for projects

• continuous support and focus on market information regarding skill availability, feasibility of fulfilling different positions with information regarding recruitment timeline and salary range


Quality

• Ensure that TCS recruitment process is followed by all the stakeholders involved in the selection process

• Monitors and follow up that interviewers are eligible to represent the company during the selection process and they are trained to be professional interviewers

• Ensure that quality interview evaluation forms are in place by properly auditing them

• Ensure quality work and results of Sourcing Specialist (quality pre-screenings of Sourcing Specialist, quality phone interview evaluations forms of Sourcing Specialist, interview process properly followed and implemented by Sourcing Specialist, trackers properly updated with accurate data and in time by Sourcing Specialist)


Reports

• creating ad-hoc reports related to position and candidate status whenever needed


Administration

• daily maintenance and update of the recruitment database and the daily tracker (accurate data in time)

Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • Fluent English
  • At least 2 years of IT recruitment experience (sourcing or recruiting)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • We are seeking for a candidate with excellent customer orientation and result orientation

Advantage:

  • Working in the recruitment field in a similar industry (outsourcing, SSC or IT)
