Part-time student AP and AR administrator


The requirement is in Accounting department. The prospective candidate would form part of the AP department / collections and support document administration activities for multiple countries.


Accounts Payable – Document administration

  • Timely processing of administration for all incoming documents (invoices, T&E reports) – receiving post, sorting documents, administration of document details in electronic document handling tool
  • Distributing and handling original documents to responsible AP associates

Accounts Receivable – Enveloping

  • · To envelope all client invoices in a correct and timely manner
