Quality Facilitator

Introduction

Working closely with the projects and assisting them in any iQMS (Integrated Quality Management System) and Quality Assurance related activities, to ensure the quality standards of TCS are follow.

Function

Area of responsibility 1: IQMS Deployment

  • Implementing IQMS procedures and coordinating quality activities on the dedicated projects
  • Work closely with the Leadership and Delivery team in order to achieve a high IQMS compliance
  • Performing document reviews within SLAs (Service Level Agreement), if needed
  • Supporting projects in using of quality related tools/e-tools
  • Conducting iQMS and Quality related training within TCS Hungary.

Area of responsibility 2 : Quality related Project Facilitation

  • Assisting assigned projects during the Startup, Execution and Wind up phase
  • Assisting assigned projects in effectively performing the internal Quality control activities and make additional data and root cause analysis, if need it
  • Assisting assigned projects in effectively in closing non-conformance, action items
  • Assisting projects in identifying preventive/corrective actions if needed
  • Supporting all projects in internal and external audit preparation and execution
  • Assisting projects in identifying improvement areas and support them in the realization and result tracking

Area of responsibility 3 : Group level activities

  • Working closely with the DAG to achieve the set goals for TCS Hungary., Group and Personal level
  • Working closely with the DEG (Delivery Excellence Group) to identify improvement areas for TCS Hungary., Group and Personal level
  • Coordinating DEG related training activities
  • Performing back up activities according to the plan if needed

Area of responsibility 4 : Analytical tasks

  • Coordinating all Customer Satisfaction Survey related activities including analysis
  • Performing Unified Metrics Plan related activities including data collection, data upload, analysis and support projects if needed
  • Performing periodic statistical analysis within the assigned stream

Requirements

  • University or College Degree (Preferable Quality related)
  • IT skills: Intermediate in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
  • ISO 9001 and 20000 awareness
  • Analytical skills and basic statistical knowledge
  • 0-3 year experience in Quality related position
  • Fluent English language knowledge
