Recruitment Specialist in ITIS Stream

The Recruitment Specialist will assure to use all the available tools and sources, as well as to use his/her knowledge and skills for providing quality candidates within the given timelines with a continuous focus on the inner and external customers, and by keeping the set Source Mix Target.

Function

Sourcing

  • sourcing for potential candidates in internal and external databases
  • ensuring quality CV flow through our internal referral program and recruitment agency partners
  • taking care of advertisements being up/-to-date

Pre-screening evaluation of candidates

  • screening candidates based on CV
  • organizing and conducting phone interviews
  • organizing language checks and test appointments, if necessary
  • making decision of rejection or recommendation after pre-screening

Screening evaluation of candidates

  • organizing interview steps
  • conducting HR interviews
  • taking care of feedbacks
  • taking part in decision making

Stakeholder management

  • being a point of information for all involved stakeholders
  • conducting meetings with stakeholders, keeping them continuously updated about recruitment related information
  • managing relationship with agencies and stakeholders
  • understanding of business requirements

Business Accumen

• understanding the requirements of the business

• consultation on job feasibility for projects

• continuous support and focus on market information regarding skill availability, feasibility of fulfilling different positions with information regarding recruitment timeline and salary range


Quality

• Ensure that TCS recruitment process is followed by all the stakeholders involved in the selection process

• Monitors and follow up that interviewers are eligible to represent the company during the selection process and they are trained to be professional interviewers

• Ensure that quality interview evaluation forms are in place by properly auditing them

• Ensure quality work and results of Sourcing Specialist (quality pre-screenings of Sourcing Specialist, quality phone interview evaluations forms of Sourcing Specialist, interview process properly followed and implemented by Sourcing Specialist, trackers properly updated with accurate data and in time by Sourcing Specialist)

Other

  • representing the company in job fairs
  • creating reports about recruitment status
  • maintaining recruitment database and internal trackers
  • ensuring about TCS quality in the recruitment process
  • preparing interview forms



Requirements

Required

· College or university degree

· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· 1+year of experience in recruitment including sourcing, recruiting and hiring, and stakeholder management
