Talent Development Lead for Leadership programs


Our new colleague will manage learning and development programs, ensure that the learning requirements of the center are met, coordinate learning and development activities, deliver trainings for associates.


Talent Development Leadership Program Delivery

• Deliver and design Leadership courses and programs

• Develop, deliver, facilitate soft skill, domain and complex module based training programmes

• Coordinate and / or deliver Induction Program, Language training, Domain, Technical & Soft skill courses

• Keep abreast with changes and introduce new talent development methods and methodologies

Talent Development Management

• Plan and schedule training programs of the centre based on the learning Requirements for the centre

• Measure the leadership program effectiveness in the centre

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to improve the learning and training effectiveness

• Collaborate with the business and support learning requirements as a Business Partner

• Management of the TCS Competency and Learning Management System and reporting

• External vendor identification, evaluation and management

Talent Development Process Development and Compliance

• Ensure compliance to the processes and suggest process improvements

• Ensure measurement tracking and compliance to metrics defined

• Periodically evaluate the training delivery to measure the training effectiveness

• Maintain quality records for audit requirements and take corrective and preventive actions accordingly

Other tasks

• other HR or talent development related tasks that might occur as a request from the HR Head or the Talent Development Head

• Act as back-up person for the Talent Deveopment Head, Trainer and Lead colleague


· OKJ or equivalent diploma, College or University degree

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Minimum of 1 year experience in conducting Leadership training programs

· English language
