Employee Engagement Specialist

Introduction

The Employee Engagement Specialist is a seasoned professional who is the owner and responsible for the implementation of different HR processes and initiatives related to employee and leadership engagement.

S/he manages the rewarding process of TCS, coordinates and facilitates the different employee satisfaction and engagement surveys with special focus on following up implementation of the defined action plans.

Also responsible for leadership engagement programs.

The Employee Engagement Specialist is a seasoned professional who is the owner and responsible for the implementation of different HR processes and initiatives related to employee and leadership engagement. S/he manages the rewarding process of TCS. The Employee Engagement Specialist coordinates and facilitates the different employee satisfaction and engagement surveys in TCS Hungary with special focus on following up implementation of the defined action plans. She is also responsible for leadership engagement programs.

Function

Employee Engagement Activities

  • Coordinates the internal employee engagement survey and other employee engagement related surveys based on need, ensures the highest possible participation rate.

  • When data is available, prepares the analysis, reports and communication material for managers, associates and Cross Functional Team (CFT)
  • Facilitates the work of CFT and together with the CFT team defines the action plan based on the survey results for the Hungary GDC, involves the HR Business Partners whenever it is necessary. Follows up the implementation of the action plan.

Rewards and Recognition

  • Coordinates the Rewards and Recognition system of TCS in Hungary

  • Connects with various stakeholders locally and globally to drive the changes both at a system level as well as in the organizational culture.

  • Manages and is final owner of the TCS Gems system, ensures awareness of the process among managers and employees regarding Long Service and Rewarding awards (e.g. Star of the month etc.)


Other tasks and responsibilities

  • Participates in and provides information, data for audits when needed

  • Other tasks that are related to Employee Engagement Specialist position and are assigned by HR manager

  • Back up HR Center of Excellence based on the team’s back up plan

  • Participation in trainings and meetings when needed


Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR with Employee Engagement focus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
