Finance Team Member (Part time – Student)


Tasks: operative daily routine tasks

Account Payable & Employee Services Activities:

  1. Keeping track of all contracts, purchase orders, invoices, employees’ claims, payments and statements.
  2. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  3. Monitoring vendor payment, generally responding to all departments enquires regarding invoice payments.
  4. Assistance in Statutory, Local and Internal Audit


  • Student Status
  • IT skills : Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • English and Hungarian knowledge
  • Clear understanding of the Hungarian taxation, accounting (mostly in Hungarian language)
