Tasks: operative daily routine tasks
Account Payable & Employee Services Activities:
- Keeping track of all contracts, purchase orders, invoices, employees’ claims, payments and statements.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Monitoring vendor payment, generally responding to all departments enquires regarding invoice payments.
- Assistance in Statutory, Local and Internal Audit
- Student Status
- IT skills : Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, MS Word.
- English and Hungarian knowledge
- Clear understanding of the Hungarian taxation, accounting (mostly in Hungarian language)
