HR Business Partner

Introduction

As the HR Business Partner of the unit the associate has to ensure that the HR processes are implemented while proactively supporting them.

The Business Partner creates an HR strategy which supports the business goals.

Function

Business Partnership

· Builds a strong business relationship with the internal partners from the business

· Proactively provides HR support to assigned unit in order to help them meet their business objectives

· Drives HR initiatives within the supported unit to support business goals

· Regular coaching of managers in HR related topics

· Provides advice, assistance and follow up on company HR policies and procedures

Performance and Talent Management

· Ensures maximum compliance on the process within the supported business group

· Ensures that the performance management discussions are of high quality

· Coaches associates and managers on performance management when needed

· Manages the grade promotion process within the supported units

Employee engagement

· Implements and maintains employee engagement initiates

· Participates in attrition analysis, investigates reasons, conducts exit interviews, implements actions to increase retention

· Coordinates employee satisfaction measurement processes and ensures that the results are discussed and followed up effectively in the supported Units

Labour Issues

· Consultation on Hungarian Labour Code related questions in order to ensure that the operation is fully compliant with the Hungarian Labour Code

· Coordinates resignation process

· Provides support in disciplinary and capability issues

· Ensures that all documentations (such as employment contract, information sheet, job description etc.) are in place in the Unit that is supported thus legal compliance is 100%

Compensation and Benefits

· Coordinates and ensures transparent communication on promotions, confirmations and salary reviews in the supported Unit

· Tracks and provides data for compensation process

Administrative tasks, reporting

· Provides data and creates reports on related topics in line with the requirements

Other tasks, responsibilities

· Participation in meetings and trainings, including external conferences as well and implement learnt best practices

· Participation in and providing information, data for audits when needed

· Other tasks that are related to the HR Business Partner position and are assigned by Head, HR Deployment and Head of HR of TCS Hungary

· Back up HR Deployment colleagues based on the team’s back up plan


Requirements

· College or university degree

· Minimum 4 years of experience in HR generalist/HR business partner role

· Solid understanding of Hungarian Labour Code

· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
