HR Performance & Talent Management Coordinator & Administrator (Student)

Introduction

The holder of this position owns the Talent Management process which includes the proper mapping of the roles against TCS grades, coordinating the grade promotion process, actively driving the performance management process by holding trainings for team members and leaders as well as sending regular compliance reports.

S/he supports the HR Center of Excellence Head by performing administrative tasks related to legal compliance.


Function

Performance Management

· Map new roles based on the role-grade structure of TCS and maintains the role-grade mapping structure, updates with possible changes, maintaing the communication materials up to date

· Coordinate the grade promotion and anniversary grade change processes

· Owner of the Performance Management Process in Hungary

· Drive the performance management process (SPEED)

· Drive the implementation of any system development, process change including communication across the organization

· Ensure maximum compliance to the process cooperating with the HR Business Partners, run compliance reports and send those to the relevant parties

· Ensure that the performance management discussions are done in good quality

· Hold trainings on the performance management process and culture for associates and leaders

· Cooperates with the Performance Management Specialists globally when required

Talent Management

· Coordinate the implementation of the high potential program across Hungary GDC under appropriate guidance

· Cooperates with the Talent Management Specialists globally and locally


Compliance Administration

· Prepare and upload regular monthly compliance reports to the relevant systems

· Participate in audits and track the findings and implementation of possible actions

· Performs actions related to the preparation for GDPR based on the instructions of the GDPR Specialist and HR Center of Excellence Head


Other tasks, responsibilities

· Owner of the team’s intranet page, keep it updated and develop it with relevant content

· Prepares adhoc reports based on need

· Participates in and provides information, data for audits when needed

· Other tasks that are related to HR Coordinator position and are assigned by HR Center of Excellence Head

· Back up colleagues based on the team’s back up plan

· Participation in trainings and meetings when needed

Requirements

· · College or university degree in process, candidate must be studying in a hungarian university.

· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· 30 – 35 hours of availability per week
