HR Resource Management Lead

Introduction

We are looking for a Resource Management Group Lead who will ensure & facilitate effective deployment of staffing processes, will own the staffing targets in the our hungarian offices while ensuring optimal utilization of internal manpower in the organisation.

The Resource Management Leader is the custodian of the company’s talent pool having the complete data about the skills available in the company.

Function

Staffing Process & Staffing Target Ownership

· Ensures and governs appropriate staffing mix at project and organisation level

· Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition team to keep track of positions opened for and closed through external recruitment

· Meets staffing requirements of all projects through effective mobilization of associates within defined timelines

· Manages and reports on the associates’ skills data in order to have constantly updated information to contribute to the rotation’s decision making

· Ensures movement of employees across projects in adherence to the rotation plans and ensure pre-planning of assignments for employees

· Owns & creates the work force planning for the organisation based on goals from the management and inputs from sales teams. Reviews on a regular basis.

· Ensures optimal deployment of employees within the organization to ensure staffing of the right person in appropriate roles

· Monitors and manages transfers and deputations ensuring compliance of legal requirements and internal processes

· Tracks unallocated associates, releases, associates returning from deputation, leave without pay, maternity in order to be able to ensure optimal utilization of resources

· Cooperates with counterparts in other countries where TCS operated to ensure meeting the critical staffing requirements across the organization globally

· Facilitates the competency building of employees in the organization

· Proactively deploys measures to improve unit performance in key staffing operating metrics

· Ensures the compliance of workforce requirements management as per the corporate guidelines

· Proactively deploys measures to improve unit performance in key staffing operating metrics

· Supports and adapts to the new systems that are involved in the entire Resource Management process


Business Associates (Contractors)Management

· Liasons with contractor’s agencies to close critical positions.

· Negotiates with vendors for the optimal rates and onboarding timelines.

· Manages the selection and onboarding process for specific contractor positions

· Ensures compliance to the corporate onboarding process


Deputation Management

· Deputation letters and documentation management

· Acting as HR point of contact for associates on long term deputation

· Ensuring compliance to processes and procedures with regards to company and local laws


Reporting & Other related activities

· Data collection

· Updates daily, weekly trackers

· Daily administration of incoming requests

· Creates different monthly and quarterly reports and statistics and analysis

· Participates in and provides information, data for audits when needed


Cost Management

· Ensures budgetary compliance as applicable


Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders

· Regularly interfaced with business leaders and other stakeholders (Talent acquisition, Leraning and development, Payroll, HRD, etc.) to coordinate according to business needs and legal requirements

GDPR

· Ensures all data is managed according to GDPR regulations


Team Management

· Leading the Team and act as back up according to plan

· Coaches the team members based on need and ensures that they are having deepest possible knowledge about their own responsibility area

· Runs the performance management process for the team members


Requirements

· College or university degree

· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Previous experience in staffing, workforce planning

· Fluent oral and written English
