Introduction

Be the first point of contact for local HR department of the customer regarding the HR master data administration of their country. Responsible for workforce administrative tasks in SAP.

Function

Client Management

  • Administration in SAP HR system by creating and modifying employee data as per hire to retire processes (new hire/rehire, pay change, domestic/international transfer, change in position, organisational change, leave of absence, personal data change, separation and other minor infotype transactions) – working with confidential information
  • Answering emails of the customer HR department, providing information of employee data, tools usage or process guideline, resolving queries and updating requests as required
  • Attending phone calls as scheduled and / or on ad-hoc basis
  • Generating employee data reports from SAP as per deadline or on ad-hoc basis as requested by client
  • Generating payroll interface files for the countries applicable
  • Perform mass data upload actions by ensuring quality of crucial deliverables of client requests
  • Specific employee benefit process administration and reporting for the countries applicable
  • Accuracy percentage as per SLA
  • Processing requests within SLA (given timeline of working days)
  • Sending out reports as per cut-off dates
  • Client satisfaction level as per target

Team Work

  • Working as part of a multinational team between various locations
  • Communication and co-operation with SAP technical team on ad-hoc basis, performing UAT testing of processes and infotypes in SAP when required
  • Sharing workload within the team when required due to workload balance, performing back-up tasks, taking additional tasks, helping with uploads, global report
  • Performing peer-to-peer quality check

Administrative Tasks

  • Filling out daily tracking tools online regarding all tasks performed for requests
  • Preparing process documentation

Other Tasks

  • Mandatory and ad-hoc training completion (webtraining / online training, classroom training, process training)
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

Requirements

Required:

· Any bachelor degree or above

· Basic IT skills: user level intermediate skills within Microsoft Office Word, Excel and emailing systems

· At least 1 year of any work experience (HR field preferred)

· Fluency in Greek and English


Advantages:

· SAP and MS Excel, MS Access intermediate user-level or above knowledge is advantage

· SAP reporting experience is advantage

· Some working experience at a service delivery center / multinational environment is advantage

Information

Can become senior team member after time or any field expert (e.g. mass upload or report expert, quality check report specialist within the team). Can take additional responsibilities within the team (e.g. supporting more countries, SDL, iBridge, fire marshall).
