IT Senior Business Analyst


Manages the daily requirements of project and responsible for entire project delivery activities of the project/scope as well. Business Analyst reports to Project Leader or Project Manager.

Service Delivery Management

  • Telcom, DWH business analysis
  • Translating business requirements to data team via documents
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Define and implement the processes and procedures required for enhancing the quality of deliverables and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement standard processes and procedures for work initiation, project definition, management reporting and project closure
  • Review and recommend changes to process
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on service delivery related issues and communicate in time on progress, delays and risks
  • Responsible for the successful definition, testing, management and launch of product modules
  • Conduct requirements definition sessions
  • Develop functional requirement specifications for new modules
  • Develop use cases for QA testing, monitor/prioritize bug logs
  • Coordinate product deployments and write release communications
  • Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications
  • Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality


  • Cooperate with teams at different locations
  • Maintain good and effective relationship with all internal and external stakeholders

Operation Management

  • Initiate process improvement activities for service level improvements
  • Track, monitor and take proactive actions to precede any non-compliance
  • Report of the potential risks
  • Collaboration with higher Management to ensure correct realization of the contract in terms of Client’s requirements and claims, performances, security, environmental and legal constraints, quality of the deliverables

Knowledge Management

  • Share lessons learnt and best practices with other accounts
  • Ensure that appropriate knowledge base is created, being used and updated frequently



  • Educational background: College or University Degree
  • Professional experience: 5+ years relevant to the position
  • Language requirement: English – advanced level
  • IT skills:
  1. Translating and simplifying DWH requirements into documents with having experience preferably in Telco sector
  2. Requirements analysis
  3. Requirements organization
  4. Modeling techniques and methods
  5. Experience with Agile/SCRUM process
        • Soft skills:
        1. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly
        2. Motivated to learn new processes and domains
        3. Strong time management skills
        4. Ability to take full ownership of tasks and projects
        5. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
        6. Strong verbal and written communication
