IT Sourcing Specialist

Introduction

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for using all the available tools and resources for identifying and pre-selecting quality candidates within the given timeline while continuously focusing on a high level of stakeholder management and ensuring that the level of recruitment vendor usage and hiring cost are below the set target.

Function

Candidate Sourcing:

Close cooperation with the Recruitment Specialist on recruitment projects for TCS internal requirements

Identifying candidates via using different talent acquisition sources and channels:


Ø Direct sourcing of candidates from various online CV databases

Ø Searching for relevant profiles using different options of social media in close cooperation with the Employer Branding team

Ø Implementation of different innovative candidate research methodology for building candidate pipeline

Ø Preparing job advertisements and ensure their upload on job portals/Facebook groups

Contacting and communicating with candidates and building up relationships for creating a candidate pool for future use and referrals

Continuous market research for identifying potential candidates for recruitment projects

Interview Process:

Ø Screening and evaluating applications received through job portals and the internal referral program

Ø Manage duplication checks for candidate names/potential profiles received from recruitment agencies.

Ø Review and evaluation of CVs identified through direct sourcing (TCS Database, online databases of job portals, social media etc.) and create a long list of selected CVs

Ø Initiate cold calls with identified profiles to see if they are interested in a new job

Ø Pre-screening evaluation of long listed candidates via phone interviews

Ø Organize language checks

Ø Organize face-to-face interviews with short listed candidates

Ø Send out interview invitations to candidates

Ø Share feedback with candidates on the selection process and interview results

Ø Be in continuous contact with different stakeholders (mainly team leaders and managers) during the interview process


Administration:

Ø Daily maintenance and update of the recruitment database and trackers

Ø Help out in providing market information to pre-sales when required

Ø Help out in creating different reports related to the hiring status whenever needed

Ø Creating ad-hoc reports whenever needed

Ø Working on special assignments whenever needed

Ø Update agencies on weekly basis about positions and candidates.

Requirements

· Native Hungarian and advanced English (oral and written)

· Relevant experience in recruitment/sourcing

· College or university degree

· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
