Junior HR Generalist (Deployment Administrator)


We are looking for the new member of our HR Deployment team in Budapest!

This person will act as HR Deployment Administrator and helpdesk, will be the first point of contact for our employees. Daily responsibilities on this position are the following:

HR employee inquiries

  • First point of contact for employees to answer their process related questions in email, via phone or sending intranet communications and delivering regular opening hours for personal questions
  • Ensures that the information on the HRD Knowmax pages are updated
  • If the question cannot be answered by him/her due to its complexity, she directs the employee to the responsible HR Business Partner

HR Administration

  • Prepares the contract modifications for all kinds of changes based on the information shared by the HR Business Partners
  • Updates the Nexon Payroll System with the changed data

Background checks

  • Initiates background check process for the associates based on the project requirements
  • Informs affected employees about the background check process
  • Provides the result of the background check to the project
  • BGC reporting for ISM


  • Generates employee IDs for newcomers
  • Follow up the process with local and international TCS stakeholders

As a back-up of other HRD Administrators:


  • Delivers the joining sessions
  • Creates employment contract for newcomers
  • Follows up the necessary documents with the newcomers
  • Applies for tax number for those employees (not Hungarian nationals) who do not have it
  • Updates the Nexon Payroll System with newcomers’ data and changes


  • Creates regular reports (overtime, holiday, attrition, Balanced Scorecard, monthly data sheet)
  • Adhoc reporting based on need

Other tasks, responsibilities

  • Manages the relevant invoicing processes
  • Participates in and provides information, data for audits when needed
  • Back up HRD colleagues based on the HRD team’s back up plan
  • Participation in trainings and meetings when needed

Person filling the position shall perform other task given by her supervisor, which belongs to this position by its nature or the experience/education meets the requirements to perform.


  • College or university degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Preferred previous experience in HR Administration roles
  • Basic understanding of Hungarian Labor Code
