Russian Speaker HRO Specialist

Introduction

The purpose of this position is to provide effective services on behalf of TCS according to client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements.

This role has a high level of focus and cover all-most all processes of e2e HtR services

Function

Recruitment:

• Manage Manpower Planning & Budgeting

• Manage Job Publishing (Internal / External)

• Manage Candidate Selection Process

• Manage Offer and Hiring

• Manage On-boarding & Probation


Employee Data Management

• Maintain Employee Data and organizational data

• Hire/Rehire (rehire – Terminated, Terminated with Pay, Retired, Retired with Pay)

• Manage International Assignment initiation (Manage IA maintenance, Manage IA completion, Manage Localization)


Pre Pay-roll

• Master Data Incremental changes (Payroll Vendor Update)

• Earnings – Data Processing, Special Payments, Employee Reimbursements

• Deduction

• PAYROLL Reports

• Off-Cycle and Special Pay Cycles

• Online/Manual Check- Countries in Scope have Checks?


Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Strategy and Philosophy

• Benefits Administration (Defined Benefits applicable to employee)

• Billing / Vendor chargebacks

• Severance Pay Inputs


Performance Management

• Performance Planning, review and evaluation


Additional tasks

• Perform any other business-related value adding activities outside of SOP as assigned by supervisor.

• Contribute in Lean Six Sigma / Process Improvement initiatives


Requirements

  • Good communication – ability to talk to client, clients employees, clients internal departments over phone and through emails.
  • Documentation/Administration Skills
  • Your English knowledge is up to business standards
  • Besides English, you need to speak Russian at a business level


Advantages:

  • Working knowledge in End-to-End HR functions along with Industry specific experience
  • Good understanding of BPS/BPO operations, Key measures – KPI/SLAs (TAT, Accuracy etc.) of HRO processes
  • Preferred Bachelor/Master Degree in HR
  • SAP experience
  • Speaking multiple languages from the above list
