TAG Administrator (Student)

Introduction

As the HR TAG Administrator you will be responsible to ensure that all administrative tasks relating to TAG , RMG and HR are managed in order to ensure smooth operation.

Function

Buddy Process

  • Daily administration of incoming CVs and applications from the Employee Referral Program or job portals to our internal database
  • Uploading and updating the job advertisements
  • Uploading candidate CVs into the system
  • Preparing different reports based on the administration status

Invoicing

  • Uploading, updating and following up recruitment and HR related invoices in the system
  • Following up with Finance Team and other stake holders to ensure the closure of the expenses
  • Updating and maintaining the tracker with the invoice details
  • Responsible to ensure the update of contracts to TCS systems
  • Responsible to ensure reports are prepared based on the requests

Joining Formalities

  • Cooperating with the Onboarding Coordinator / Lead Recruiter to prepare the joining formalities in the organisation
  • Following up and closing the pending documentations with the concerned stake holders

Reporting

  • Creating regular and ad-hoc reports related to position and candidate status
  • Helping other stake holders (Buddy Coordinator, Lead Recruiters) to create and manage reports
  • Helping in creating reports on the internal HR chat bot

Requirements

Required

  • Educational background: ongoing university studies, active student status for 1-1.5 years more

  • Language requirement: English – advanced level, Hungarian – native
  • IT skills: MS Office – user level
  • Soft skills: customer orientation and communication
